2012 Fees are as follows

The above schedule should be read in conjunction with the notes below.

In 2012 there are changes to how your membership fees are payable. These changes are necessary to ensure all player insurance costs can be met.

Senior players not paying fees prior to 15th May 2012 will not be eligible to play.
Junior players not paying fees prior to 15th June 2012 will not be eligible to play.

Unemployed or people with special circumstances can apply to the committee through the Treasurer for a reduction in fees or additional time to pay. Applications must be received in writing by 15th May 2012.

Senior Members playing in more than one grade will pay the fee for the highest grade played plus $80 for the 2nd grade.

Juniors playing in more than one grade will pay the Junior fee for their age group plus $60.
Juniors playing regularly in a junior and senior grade will pay - the concession rate.

5% discount will apply for families with three or more playing members.

Members will be invoiced subsequent to completing registration.

How to PAY

Payment can be made by EFT Transfer to the Club Account (see below for details) or by sending a Cheque made payable to "Forestville Hockey Club" to Forestville Hockey Club, C/- Sophie James, PO Box 189 UNLEY 5061.
