FAQs

Is Hook in2 Hockey Safe?

Yes! The sessions are tailored for children, there will be no more than 15 participants per leader and participants are supervised at all times. A special, lighter than normal, hockey ball is used and chin guards are available in the “stick pack” for players to use and keep.

What do I get when I register?

You can register by filling out a form on the day, or online
https://memberdesq.imgstg.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=main&OrgID=11594

Select “Hook in2 Hockey” and follow the prompts. All payment can be made by cash to Hannah.

What should my child wear to Hin2H?

Comfortable clothing and sneakers. Sessions are conducted on a grass pitch, studded shoes (boots) are not required but may be useful. Remember to use sunscreen and bring a hat when it is hot and/or sunny, and a jumper for those cold winter days.

What happens if it is raining?

All efforts will be made so sessions will go ahead despite the weather. If it is only lightly raining, we may do modified activities under shelter. If a session is cancelled, an email will be sent to all registered participants by 5pm on the Friday before. A coach will turn up to inform those who didn’t receive the email.

What happens if I cannot make it to a session?

Unfortunately, there is no refund on fees if a participant chooses not to/cannot attend. If you cant make it one week, let Hannah know, and come along the following week.
