SENIOR WOMEN'S PRE-SEASON has commenced, all are welcome but are for all players wanting to play in the top 2 women's teams, especially those juniors who are keen to play seniors this year.

Sunday Training

Pitch Session @ CBC (Rooftop Pitch)
Arrive by 10:15am for half an hour fitness session then on the pitch 11am - 12pm

Followed by,

Lunch/Drinks @ FHC Clubrooms
12:30pm onwards
(We will look to organise food in advance and may require small donations for us to pay for meals for the group, we can discuss more on Sunday)

Wednesday Training

Pitch Session @ Adel Uni HC (West Beach)
Arrive by 5:45pm for session 6pm - 7pm
