Acknowledging Funding Support

At the conclusion of the 2022 season Forestville Hockey Club would like to acknowledge the funding support we have received from the State and Local governments for our Junior program.

The Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing have again supported our club through the Sports Voucher scheme which subsidises the membership fees for eligible junior members. In 2022 the scheme was expanded to increase the number of members eligible for the subsidy.

The City of Unley has again provided grant funding to support our Junior development programs. The 2022 grant continues the support the City of Unley has provided the Club for many years.

The funding provided by both the State Government and the City of Unley help the Club to minimise the cost of junior participation in hockey.

Covid 19 Update July 20th 2021

In line with the updated SA Government Covid-19 restrictions all Forestville HC training and games have been cancelled for the next 7 days. The club will work with Hockey SA to develop and implement changes to the 2021 season which keep everyone safe, ensure we comply with the SA Government restrictions and make the most of our winter season.

Hopefully the current 7 day lock down will bring the recent outbreak in South Australia under control. In the meantime, do what you can, within the SA Government restrictions, to stay fit so we are ready to go when training and games resume.

Most importantly, we hope all our members, their families and friends remain safe.
