Things you need to know

Location

Parking

In consideration of the neighbours it is requested that you avoid parking in the streets surrounding the pitch.

From 2026, the current parking arrangements are as below:

Mon to Thurs (Training Days) - Southern car park located off Kitchener St. Note the gates leading to the northern school car park will not be opened on these days.

Fri to Sun (Game Days) - Northern school car park adjacent to the Life. Be In It gym. The school has made the southern carpark available for FHC as an overflow in the event the northern car park is full. Please see the map below.

We know it will be very tempting to park on Kitchener St or other side streets but the impact of on street parking is one of the major concerns of our neighbours and we appreciate your support in maintaining and improving our community relationships. There is a walk of a few minutes from either carpark to the pitch entrance.

For the safety of the people using the pitch, please do not drive down the lane off the roundabout to access the pitch, the lane is for pedestrian and emergency vehicle access only. There isn't a turning zone in the lane which means that the only way out is to reverse back down the lane onto the roundabout creating a further safety hazard.

Please note, if you are dropping someone off for training or on gameday, please drop them off either in the carpark in front of the Life Be In It gym or along Kitchener St in front of the George Cresswell Hall. If you are waiting to collect after training, please use the school carparks and not park in the laneway.

Lights

The lighting system has two lighting levels with a high level to support matches and a lower level to support training. The training sessions will use the lower-level setting.

The system will automatically turn the lights off at 10:00 pm if they are not turned off earlier. The lights must be turned off as soon as possible with everyone safely off the pitch by 9:30pm.

Toilets

There are two toilets within the clubrooms.

Drinking water

There is a tap adjacent to the clubroom doors.

Changerooms

We do not have changeroom facilities yet. The toilets are available and can be used if necessary but please come dressed to train or play.
